If you wish to designate a particular fund at the Foundation, please send a letter indicating for which fund your gift is designated and sign the letter. If no designation is made, your check will be deposited into one of the Idaho Catholic Foundation's funds as determined by the Foundation's Board of Directors.

If you are sending a memorial gift, please include the name and address of the person who should receive notification of your memorial gift.
